ALL NEW Multi-station Precision Lapping & Polishing System

Automated processes with repeatable results

At Logitech, we have been developing the LP70, an ALL NEW multi-station precision lapping and polishing system. This bench-top machine is designed to run concurrent automated processes, allowing operators to achieve repeatable results to stringent sample specifications. The LP70 comes with four workstations as standard, each station has a wafer process capacity of up to 4"/100mm (the LP70 can also accommodate 2x 6"/150mm wafers) - jig speeds of each individual station is controlled for highly accurate results and the use of driven jig roller arms greatly increases accuracy and repeatability.

Optimal solution for both production environments and research laboratories

Trials in the Logitech laboratories have shown that the LP70 can facilitate increased material removal rates (MRR), with far greater control and reduced variations across workstations, compared to similar systems without metered abrasive delivery or a driven-jig-arm functionality. The LP70 has a host of intuitive features with improved functionality allowing for increased material removal rates, greater levels of control and reliable process repeatability.

Watch our video or download the brochure for more information on the key features of the LP70. Get in touch for process capabilities and information on when the LP70 will be available.
